Post para o meu Ego

6, April, 2009 Antonio Campos 1 comment

15, February, 2009 Antonio Campos No comment

There are operating systems that the update version is impossible without a reinstall from scratch, is not the case “linuxes”.

To upgrade the etch release of Debian Lenny's version is as complicated as edit the file / etc / apt / sources.list, eg, with vi, and change all etch to lenny, after doing apt-get update and finally apt-get dist-upgrade and follow the instructions on the screen!

Although not glSound, normally after the updates of this sort usually restart the system just in case!

I do not know why after the upgrade to locate crashed reinstalled it was ok (apt-get locate).

The “direct fit” is the name given by our government to a method that allows the local award projects (shopping, works, etc…) without public tender, increase transparency (I do not know what it means transparency for these gentlemen) created a portal where they show assigned projects and the funds involved, the bottom Wailing Wall at least for me since the figures presented there make me regret not being a corrupt politician.

Yet another site has been created that is tranparência-en that facilitates the consultation of robbery we are all vítimas.

Try searching for things like Wine, Mercedes, and the like, fundamental to the proper functioning of a municipality.

HTC Touch Cruise – QuickGPS

8, January, 2009 Antonio Campos 11 comments

Possess this I believe that toy for a year next month, and always thought that the GPS (TomTom Version 6) was very slow to find GPS signal sometimes took more than 5 minutes, and never had another device to help me in global positioning thought it was normal.

Had seen the application QuickGPS but never realized what it is that Serbia, is an application that has only one button with the text “Download”. Recently had the phone connected to a wireless network and those who picked up one “dried” decided for the first time you click the download this application, a few seconds the application concluded the said download and warned me that it had a validity of 6 days and 23 hours, I did not call more to it, as in about the QuickGPS appears “copyright HTC” I never thought to do something with TomTom. To my surprise when I open the first time after this download TomTom said he found the valid signal of GPS-aided.

I commend those who have a HTC Touch Cruise (I do not know if there is in other models) that connects to a wireless network and run this application and download the file, for something that took minutes now take (few) segundos. I tried to miss the validity of the download and GPS HTC returned to even take minutes, not quite sure what this file does but there is evidence that results!!!
